“一带一路”新能源太阳能电池板能源如何进行储存?

       太阳能电池板(Solar panel)是通过吸收太阳光,将太阳辐射能通过光电效应或者光化学效应直接或间接转换成电能的装置,大部分太阳能电池板的主要材料为“硅”,但因制作成本较大,以至于它普遍地使用还有一定的局限。相对于普通电池和可循环充电电池来说,太阳能电池板属于更节能环保的绿色产品。

  太阳能电池板的光电转换效率

  太阳能电池板的光电转换效率用η表示,它的含义是太阳能电池板的入射输出功率与照射到电池上的入射光的功率之比。

  太阳能电池板北京11选5的光电转换效率,主要与它的结构、P-N 结特性、材料性质、电池的工作温度、放射性粒子辐射损坏和环境变化等因素有关。材料的禁带宽度直接影响光生电流,即短路电流的大小。由于太阳辐射中光子能量大小不一,只有那些能量比禁带宽度大的光子才能在半导体中产生电子-空穴对,从而形成光生电流。所以,材料禁带宽度小,小于它的光子数量就多,获得的短路电流就大。反之,禁带宽度大,大于它的光子数量就少,短路电流就小。但禁带宽度太小也不合适,因为能量大于禁带宽度的光子在激发出电子空穴对后剩余的能量会转变为热能,从而降低了光子能量的利用率。再有,禁带宽度又直接影响开路电压的大小。而开路电压的大小与P-N结反向饱和电流的大小成反比。禁带宽度越大,反向饱和电流越小,开路电压越高。计算表明,在大气质量为AM1.5的条件下测试,单晶硅太阳电池的理论转换效率可达33%;目前实际商品化的常规单晶硅太阳能电池板的转换效率一般为18%~21%;多晶硅太阳能电池板的转换效率为15%~18%。
